One other thing – I found this on the aforementioned NEF‘s site, but thought it was worth a separate entry – Interdependence day, on the 20th of October at the Royal Geographical society.
Interdependence day brings together art, film, speakers, games, debates and workshops, and the threat of ‘random acts of kindness and senseless beauty’, to explore the inter-connectedness of the world. The Cheatneutral people will be there, and they’re showing the rare but highly acclaimed documentary ‘Mange-tout’, which I’ve wanted to see and haven’t been able to find. £10 to get in. More information on the flyer, or take a look at last year’s event.
It looks like a very interesting and playful event if you’re in the London area, and I’m going to try and get along. See you there?
