Just came across this wonderful series of photographs on the no impact man blog. A photographer out with his dogs ran into a polar bear… go and see what happens.
No impact man, by the way, is a guy who is trying to bring his family’s ecological footprint as near to zero as possible. While some retreat to the woods to do this, Colin Beavan has rapidly become something of legend for doing it in New York City. He’s not doing things by halves either. Take a look sometime.
