evolving a stop button

Just a quick note – I’ve reviewed John Naish’s book Enough on Celsias.

His is an interesting theory, that we have trouble knowing when to stop because we’re still running on hunter-gatherer instincts that we evolved in the Pleistocene age. It’s contentious. I’m reading Oliver James’ The Selfish Capitalist at the moment and he has harsh words for anyone ascribing consumer behaviour to genes. But have a read, and see what you think.
