Following last week’s discussion of good and bad aid, I thought this short video from Oxfam was worth posting. Official Development Aid is not the same thing as charity work, but NGOs are just as capable of propounding bad aid policies as government aid departments are. Here’s how Oxfam distinguish good aid from bad:
