I just got word of a national tour called Hope for Planet Earth that I thought I’d share. It’s a joint project from Arocha, Tearfund, Share Jesus International and others. I’ve heard some of the speakers and it should be a good event. Take your friends.
The multimedia tour will be calling at cities around the UK in february and march 2008, with afternoon sessions for pupils and open invite evening sessions for adults. The tour addresses the science of climate change, the impacts on the poor and the planet, and what we can do practically.
Check out hopeforplanetearth.co.uk for details and dates.
Readers in Stoke (you know who you are) – the tour kicks off at Swanbank on February 18th.
I have set myself a reminder.
