Superbadger

Tearfund’s Superbadger celebrated its first birthday last week. The campaigning Facebook application has delivered over 88,000 letters over the last twelve months, to Tesco, Umbro, and Seb Coe, as well as many other companies and people not ending in ‘o’.

“When we started SuperBadger we had no idea it would be so successful and have the uptake that it has” said Tearfund Campaigns Office Ben Clowney. “We saw a niche because there was nothing else on Facebook that allowed people to take action on poverty in such a coordinated way.”

If you’re on facebook and haven’t discovered Superbadger, search for it today.
