I’d bet the vertical forest building will never be built, Would you like to stand underneath it when the wind blows. Much eaiser to plant the whole thing with bamboo or smaller shrubs.
Yep, bamboo might well make more sense, but apparently it’s being built at the moment. We shall see whether it ever gets completed.
