What we learned this week

  • Crowdfunding project of the week goes to the LIVIN Farm hive. If you’re convinced by the arguments that in the future we’ll be eating more insect protein, this is a neat counter-top farm to get you started in mealworm production.
  • If you want to taste the results before committing to growing them yourself, a bug restaurant opened this month in Wales where there’s a good range of insects to sample – the Grub Kitchen.
