Very good, the stable 2-front/1-rear tricycle configuration. A recumbent tandem of this type won a human-powered vehicle competition at Brighton a couple of decades ago, in a horrible cross-wind which blew a lot of other things sideways.
I would not fancy taking one on the road shared with heavier and faster vehicles, though, nor would a fancy sharing a cycle path with such vehicles.
The development of lightweight cars depends on the provision of infrastructure which does not have to be shared with heavier and faster vehicles.
